We have a modem listed as approved by Comcast Bussiness (https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/internet/use-your-own-comcast-business-modem-device/). When we connect the modem, it initializes but does not access internet. What are the steps to get our modem to work with our Comcast Business service.
(Note: We only use internet service; no phone. We intent to return the Comcast modem/gateway so we don't have to pay leasing fees).
