Last night we lost access to the Internet after our business Netgear CG3000DCR router rebooted. In trying to diagnose the problem, I attempted to log in to the router's web interface. The web interface loaded, but I could not log in. I tried both the password we setup previously and the default factory password. Neither worked. I've rebooted several times.
Why would our router set a new, unknown password? Please reset our router's password to the system default. Thank you.
